The online sales offers presented on the site are reserved for consumers residing in a member country of the European Union.
Delivery is the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product.
Orders placed on www.mademyself.fr are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 72 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public Holidays), provided that the payment of the order has not been previously refused. If for some reason we estimate the order would take longer to prepare, we are committed to inform you within 24h, and to propose a full refund in case you do not agree with the new estimated deadline.
The shipments are transmitted and taken over by a logistics service provider who forwards the parcels to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order. It is the customer’s responsibility that the address does not contain any errors. MADEMYSELF cannot be held liable if the address communicated by the Customer is erroneous, thus preventing or delaying delivery. The customer is informed by email of the shipment of his order.
The shipping costs are those specified when the order is finalized and are accepted by the validation of the order.
The delivery times are announced in working days on the site when ordering. These times include the preparation and dispatch of the order, as well as the time provided by the carrier.
However, if one or more products could not be delivered within the initially announced deadline, Mademyself will send an email indicating to the customer the new delivery date. Upon delivery, he may be asked to sign a receipt voucher.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the delivered products comply with his order and that the package is sealed and not damaged. If this is not the case, the customer must indicate it on the delivery slip or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If after 5 working days the customer has not received his order, he will have to approach his post office closest to the place of delivery. If the customer via his delivery tracking service has no trace of the parcel, it will be appropriate for the customer to send an email to email@example.com which will open a complaint.
